WE ARE

A growing boutique firm, with a unique and personal approach. Our staff operates remotely and can meet in-person at our office in downtown Toronto, or alternatively across 5 other locations in the surrounding Greater Toronto Area. Our referral and associate network spans Ontario, other provinces, and internationally. Our firm’s structure saves costs which we pass down to the client.

VALUES

Although most of our work surrounds real estate, we remain a general practice law and our clients know that they can come to us anytime and for any reason, always confidentially and in confidence.

We carry a strong belief in fostering access to justice. So when our clients or members of the public may have needs other than real estate – whether with estates, family, business, immigration, or otherwise – we will still try to help if possible and if not, then we can connect you to someone from our trusted referral network who can.

We care about our clients’ success and wellbeing. It’s not just about the results – we strive to understand our clients’ needs and to build lasting long-term relationships.

Our clients have ready access to a lawyer who is available outside of business hours. Clients are encouraged to keep in touch after a matter is completed, for any follow up matters or questions. Consultations are always free so there is no barrier to receiving initial advice from our office.

MISSION

Established in 2022, our mission is to promote easy access to legal services in the Toronto and Greater Toronto Area, as well as across Ontario, Canada, and internationally (as appropriate). While a retainer may end when a matter comes to conclusion, our involvement does not just end when the matter is resolved – we regularly follow up with our clients to ensure that matters remain resolved.
